In order to provide consumers with safe food and improve the reliability of Hokkaido's food, the Hokkaido government has established its own certification system ---- ""Hokkaido HACCP"". For factory or foods that are implementing ""Hokkaido HACCP"", we will review and only certify those facilities or foods that meet certain standards.
